Problems with auto payments

My sponsor number is 07037568.

For that past few months, I have received emails and letters saying that they were not able to process my card and that I should update my card or that it is no longer valid. So, I have to manually go to make a payment and enter in my $38 there and it goes through perfectly fine. Now, I have received a letter as of December 20th saying that my last two donations have not been sent despite the fact that I can see on the website and in my card's online account the manual payments. So, have my donations been sent and why aren't my auto payments working?

Vicky, I am so sorry to hear that you have been having so many issues with your donations. I know that can be frustrating to have to deal with. It does look like the credit card we have on file has been declined a few times leading to the automatic withdrawal not going through. I am regrettably unable to see why these payments might be declined by your credit card company. However, we  have received the donations each month regardless (maybe because you went in and made them manually). Right now, your automatic withdrawal is setup again for the 10th of January and if all goes well that will go through without a hitch.
