For that past few months, I have received emails and letters saying that they were not able to process my card and that I should update my card or that it is no longer valid. So, I have to manually go to make a payment and enter in my $38 there and it goes through perfectly fine. Now, I have received a letter as of December 20th saying that my last two donations have not been sent despite the fact that I can see on the website and in my card's online account the manual payments. So, have my donations been sent and why aren't my auto payments working?
