I just got a letter in the mail saying my account is past due. I changed my card a few months ago and forgot they might not have my new information. Is this why my payments have not been going through? Now how can I fix it my information and send payments again?

Nicole, I am happy to help you with your account. Regrettably, I wasn't able to find your account by your name and your email address. Please post your child's ID number or your sponsor number here so that we can help you further. 

To change your payments on our website, please:
  1. Log into your My Account.  
  2. Click the Payment Options button. 
  3. Then either Add or Edit your desired Payment Plan. 
  4. On the next page enter the payment information and click Save.
