I was under the impression that a recurring monthly payment was already in place, but I can't tell from looking at my profile. Do I need to initiate a payment each month?

Have you tried clicking Payment Options in the left column again? Do your actions require a Log-In? If you haven't done so, click Payment Options. Then click Payment Options if asked. You should then see the page of the sponsored, like mine, that I snipped. If you DO,  try clicking Add Payment Method.

Craig, it looks like  you do have automatic withdrawal for your support. It is set for the 27th of each month.
