Re-establish sponsorship & pay back support

My credit card was stolen and I had to have it replaced. I didn't realize my sponsorship was connected to my card...I thought it was connected to my bank. I got notification from you several months ago, and I was planning to fix it and pay back support to get caught up. But now they're no longer listed. How do I get them back?

Renae, I am so sorry that your card was stolen and it has affected your sponsorships of Mueni and Adely! After we go six months without donations for a child's support, we do have to remove them from the account and place them back up for sponsorship. We may be able to help you place Adely back on the account, but Mueni has actually been sent to an event to find a new sponsor already and I cannot remove him from the event. I can place a reservation on Mueni to place him back on your account if he is not picked up for sponsorship at this event, which would be after August 19th. I'll put that reservation on his sponsorship for you today. In order to place Adely back on your account, you'll need to call us with your new card information (or bank information if that truly would work better). We will also need to process at least one month's donation immediately. You can call our office at 800-336-7676. Our office is open Monday through Friday between 7:00AM and 5:30PM Mountain time.
