Hello,

My daughter (3761826) received a letter today, but unfortunately the letter is not ours.  The child number on the letter we received is ET4880029 and our Aberu has a number of ET4880030 (very similar).  Can you tell me how to proceed?

Thank you!

Oh no! So sorry that happened, Tammy. I really appreciate you bringing it to our attention and wanting that precious letter to find its way to the right sponsor. Would you mind mailing that letter back to our office? If you'd like to put a sticky note on the letter that just tells us it went to the wrong sponsor, that would be great. The address to send it back to is:

Compassion International

Colorado Springs, CO 80997

Thank you so much again! I hope you and your daughter get to hear from your precious child soon too!

Sarah, I've not seen that zip code used before. Is 80997 still used for regular correspondence?

Whoops! You're right, KristenH. I apologize for our mistake (we all have so many zip codes going around in our brains!). I just corrected the post to avoid confusion. :)
