Recent family gift still not shown on giving history

Recently, on the 24th of June, I sent a family gift to my sponsored child's family, but I don't see it reflected on my giving history page on the website. How can I know if the gift was received?

Hi Andrew! I do actually see that the family gift for your child was processed and sent to them. I am having our tech team look at why it isn't showing up on your giving history so they can fix it for you, which may take a few weeks to be done. Once it is fixed, you'll see that gift on the giving history through your online account.

Thanks, Sarah! I also noticed that 2 gifts from March 16th are also not reflected. I sent a gift of 50 dollars to my sponsored child, and 250 dollars to her family.

Thanks for letting me know, Andrew! I can verify that each of these gifts has been processed and sent to your child. I will have our tech team correct this for you as fast as possible :).

It's been almost 3 weeks now, and I still don't see those gifts reflected on my giving history.

Hi Andrew,
I am so sorry that it has been three weeks and you are still unable to see these gifts. Please know that our tech support team is working hard to get these fixed for you as quickly as possible. We are experiencing a few delays due to a few small bugs we are trying to work out of our new computer system. Thank you so much for being so understanding and patient and we get these issues resolved for you!
