Same photo, three years

I just recently received an "updated" photo of my sponsored child. It is the exact same picture that I have received the last two previous years. The only difference is the age listed on the back. I emailed Compassion over a week ago but have not received a response.

Kim, I am so sorry that you have received the same photo as an "update" instead of a new one. I'd be happy to look into this for you, but I wasn't able to find your account with your email address. Would you be able to provide me with your sponsor number so that I am able to help?

Kim, I found your account. Thank you! I actually see that we just received and replied to an email from you yesterday regarding this situation. We did send an inquiry to our office in Kenya requesting that they correct the photo issue by taking a new one of your child as should have been done originally. It typically takes about 6-8 weeks for us to receive the new photo in the system. As soon as we do, we will have that sent out to you!
