My sponsored child, Yenenesh, ET3700145. Does not go to school due to financial problems. Does she get any kind of academic teaching at all? Will my support eventually help her to go to school? Is there anything else I can do to help her be able to go to school?

Your monthly support helps provide Yenenesh with Bible studies, health screening, choir, shoes, clothing, clubs, tree planting opportunities, school supplies, tutoring, counseling, health education and academic support. This means that even though Yenenesh may not be able to attend regular schooling at this time, the project always provides tutoring and supplemental education. Many of the children are not able to begin school until they begin the Compassion program because they are not able to afford it. Since this information (saying that she was not in school) was recorded when she first started the program, she may begin school soon if she hasn't already.
