Hello! I recently sent a musical birthday card, along with some stickers and the pre-printed birthday template card Compassion mailed to me, to my sponsor child Niyigena Denise. I am looking in my account and it looks like the birthday card was not mailed, but scanned on 7/11/18. Can someone confirm if this is true? I thought musical cards were allowed. Thank you!

If there are words on the card it will be scanned. But it will also be sent through physical mail.

Hi Christina! I am so sorry for the confusion! Sarah is correct. We have to scan the letter into our system in order to translate the message written on the card, but the card itself and the stickers were also mailed to  your child  physically. Your kiddo will get both of them :).

So are stickers and coloring pages still allowed to be mailed to children? I thought that you’d stopped permitting them from being mailed? What can we mail our children?

Stickers will be mailed physically. Coloring pages will be scanned and sent electronically (Unless they happen to be in a package that also contains something sent physically, like stickers). Both need to have a letter with them as well.
