My question is whether or not items sent by mail are mailed flat or are folded? I have purchased a book of paper dolls and plan to send one of my kiddos several pages at a time. They lay flat and are light cardboard cutouts. But folding them would ruin them. Please let me know.

Hi Dana! We do lay items flat that are actually mailed to the children since they lose their integrity if folded. Regrettably, we are not able to physically send on paper dolls to the children. Stickers, bookmarks and musical greeting cards are the only items that will be physically delivered to your child. Paper dolls can be send to your children, but they will be scanned into our system and printed out from our country office. You can also absolutely scan these pages in yourself to be included with your letter online if you'd like to send them that way! You would need to add them as an additional photo page in order for the scan to be big enough. Your children would them be able to cut them out and play with them once your letter is received :).
