Should I expect a letter from my Compassion child in the mail? (I sent mine online; will I recieve a scan of his online, or recieve a physical copy?) Also, in my account settings I believe I've always had my preference set to receiving physical copies of high-quality scans, but last time I simply received a scan into my inbox in my account. Is that to be expected? It is completely fine but I hope to get a bit more clarification on how I will be receiving any letters. Thank you :)

I have the preference for physical copies of scans. But I always get my letters first in my online account, with an email saying I received it. The letter in the physical box shows up later, after it wends its way through the USPS system.

Hi Zoe! If your letter preferences are set to receive physical copies, then you should definitely receive those; it sometimes can take them a few weeks longer to get to you than the electronic copies! I do see that Antony's most recent letter to you is on its way via the mail.
