Hello, I need help signing into my account. The card I had set up on auto pay has expired and it's been quite a while since I've signed into the website and for some reason it's not recognizing any of my email addresses. Our sponsor number is 00825921

Hello, Sarah. Thanks, but the problem is that that the email address we used to make the account is deactivated. We made the account a long time ago. Is there any way we can put our new email address on it?

I understand, and we can certainly change your email address for you. Let's do this. Can you please email us at socialmedia@compassion.com? Please include your full address, phone number and your kiddos child ID (for security), and then we can update your email and provide you your log in information. Thank you so much!
