Snapchat is so fun! Unfortunately Compassion can't send your snaps directly to your child from the app. What you'll need to do is follow the directions on this blog. Essentially, you save the pic to your phone and then upload then into a letter on the Compassion app. Hope that helps!

Hi Serena! Thank you so much for thinking of your child and trying to engage with Weeranai through Snapchat. Regrettably, as KristenH mentioned, Compassion isn't actually able to deliver messages to sponsored children that are sent to us through Snapchat. KristenH provided you with a great article on how to use Snapchat to engage with your kiddo :). I would also recommend using your online account to write letters to him through the "Write My Child" link. I am so sorry for the confusion, but only letters that are physically mailed to our office or written online are able to be processed and then delivered to the children. Compassion utilizes Snapchat as a way for our ministry to engage with our sponsors in a fun and casual way. It's not intended to be used to connect with sponsored children. I hope that helps clear up the confusion for you and that you enjoy getting to know this sweet young man!
