So every time I get a letter from my kid and the translator writes it out I can never read it. How do I or can you fix that?

Hi Melissa! I am so sorry you are unable to read the translations on your letters! We would love to research this further for you. Could you please provide your sponsor number or your sponsor kiddo's child number? This will help us locate your account so we can take a look at these letters for you. :)

Do you mean there is no English translation typed on your child's letter?  I sometimes have someone that has written out the child's letter in the foreign language. But there is still an English translation on the letter.
