Linda, I'm so sorry to hear that your bank account was charged twice in error. I am happy to help you and correct this mistake. Regrettably, I was unable to locate your account using your email address. Will you please provide either you sponsor number, child's number, or the email address associated with your account?

This happened to me also with the Christmas gift program. I was charged 2 separate amounts on the same day.

Hi Katie, thank you for your response to this comment. I apologize for this confusion! According to our records, you already had an annual Christmas gift set up to pull (it had been set up last year), and you made an additional one-time Christmas donation, as well. Did you want either of these amounts refunded? We would be happy to do that for you.

My account was charged twice also. My bank states that two $38 payments were sent although my payment history with you is only showing one. My account is #02279734. Thank you for checking into this.

Edit: My compassion account is under my maiden name "Emily Cassiday" and I haven't been able to switch it over since getting married, but my email is the same! Haha
