My account was charged twice also. My bank states that two $38 payments were sent although my payment history with you is only showing one. My account is #02279734. Thank you for checking into this.

I was also charged twice this month. My sponsor # is 02203641. Thank you for taking time to look into this. -Emily
Edit: My compassion account is under my maiden name "Emily Cassiday" and I haven't been able to switch it over since getting married, but my email is the same! Haha

I have had 2 payments in 7 days taken, which has overdrafted my account. I am requesting a refund how do I go about this.
