Sponorship Problems

My family and I sponsored two children back in January but when I log-in online I don't see the children listed under my account. I checked my account used for the sponsorship and don't see any charges but I just received an e-mail that my child is writing me a letter. There are two children, the donation ID in my account matches the one in the bottom of the e-mail I received.

Please help me figure out why this is happening and how to resolve it.

Hi Daniel! I apologize for the delay in processing your sponsorships. We have been going through system upgrades which has led to a delay in processing and for that we sincerely apologize. I am able to see that there are two sponsorships that are currently in process for you. I trust they will show up on your account very soon.
