One of my sponsor kids Walter is no longer in the program. Instead of deciding to sponsor another child, I mailed back the letter saying I didn’t want to sponsor another kid in his place at this time. Instead of not giving me a child so I could only sponsor 2 instead of 3, I got a letter thanking me for sponsoring another kid. I did not approve this.

Jackie, I sincerely apologize for the confusion and frustration with the new child being placed on your account even after you mailed a letter back stating you did not want to sponsor this new child. I think we actually didn't receive that letter in time before the child was placed on your account, because I do see that we took care of removing that child for you on the 23rd when someone in the department handling these written requests processed it. Please know it has now been taken care of for you!
