Sponsor Child not showing on my account

Hi. I sponsor 2 children. When I orginally set up my account both children showed up. Yesterday, I logged in and now only one child is showing.

Hi Sara! Thank you so much for reaching out to us. I apologize for this inconvenience and that you can only see one kiddo on your account! :( When I look at your account from my end, I see that Bertrand is still actively your sponsored child. However, the reason Larissa is not showing on your account is because about a week after you started sponsoring her, she and her family actually moved away, and there was no project available for her to transfer to. :( I'm so sorry about this! Would you like to sponsor another child in Larissa's stead, or how would you most like to proceed?

Sara, in these instances, Compassion usually sends a packet with a child's information to sponsors in your situation for them to consider sponsoring once another child has left the program. Would you be ok with us sending that packet out to you with a new child or would you rather pick the child yourself online?
