Sponsor/Donor # and account questions

Why does our account say we do not have a child? We sponsored Nibret Asrat ET-605-0251 until she aged out; I believe you then decided to assign us a new child which we did not approve. We already knew we were going to sponsor a new child through our new church on Easter. Our new child is Francisca Gabriele Nascimento da Silva BR052300312.

All correspondence should be to Mr. & Mrs. Jeffrey (Deborah) Messinger.

Does our Sponsor/Donor # change each time a new child is assigned? It appears that changed to a 3rd number which appears on our account.

Thank you in advance for your review of, rectification of and response to the above questions. My husband tried to upload the app. to his phone tonight without success.

Hi Deborah! I am so sorry for the confusion. You are sponsoring Francisca, but her sponsorship is under a different account than Nibret's sponsorship was. The reason you have several different accounts is because the names were listed differently on the two accounts. The first one was only under Jeffrey, and the second was listed under both of you. I can merge the two accounts together and update the name. Would you like it to be under Mr. & Mrs. Jeffrey Messinger as you mentioned above of Jeffrey and Deborah Messinger? Also, was he not able to download the app or just having trouble finding the child on your account?
