Hi! When will I get sponsorship information/packet for a child that I signed up for last week? I signed up for Isaias from Nicaragua. DOB 11/4 (unsure of the birth year, I'm thinking 2009) Thanks!

Hi Andrea! Welcome to the Compassion family! Thank you so much for choosing to bless Isaias with your love and support :). I see that your account was just created and your sponsorship began on January 29th. It will take about 7-10 business days to receive your kiddo's welcome packet, but you can definitely get started before that! I am emailing you now with your supporter number so that you can create your My Account online. From your My Account, you can read more about Isaias and even write him a letter :).
