I just received a letter from my sponsor child and the translation letter that came with it is incorrect. It has my sponsor child's name and number on it, but is addressed to a Susie and is from a completely different child. I would really love to know what the letter says, how do I go about getting a correct translation letter?

Hi Morgan! I am so sorry you received the wrong translation with your letter! It definitely sounds like another child's letter translation was accidentally attached to yours. I just sent an inquiry to ask our translators to re-translate this letter and we will return it to you with the correct translation in the coming weeks.
