I have been sponsoring Mahima Shehani Dabarera (LK-408-0041) for over a year now, and just recently I noticed that she is not showing up on my account, both online and on the app. The two children I am correspondent for are still there, but Mahima is not. The last payment for her sponsorship went through on February 10th, and I have not been notified of any change in my sponsorship status with her. (I am aware that Compassion is shutting down operation in India, but she is located in Sri Lanka.) Any help to fix this issue would be greatly appreciated!

Hi Natasha, I was able to locate your account and see that we just received notice that Mahima is no longer in our program. The reason given is that she "no longer needs our assistance". While it is sad that she is no longer available for sponsorship, we do celebrate the reason why! I am sorry we have not yet been able to notify you about her leaving the program. You are welcome to send one final letter to her, if you would like. You can use any stationery, and just include the words "final letter" at the top.
