Sponsored child missing from account.

I have sponsored Santiago Bazan Padilla #BO081800353 but do not see him in my account #08961272. Please correct this so that I can send the intro letter to him. Thank you.

Hi Laurie! I'm sorry Santiago is not showing up on your account! It looks like you just need to create your username and password so that you can login to send letters and view your sponsorship. Here is the information on how to create your web account: 

1.    Go to https://www.compassion.com/account/login.htm
2.    On the right hand side of the page, click on "Create Account"
3.    Enter the requested information, including your sponsor number 
 
Once you have successfully created a web account, you will be taken to your account summary page. 

This should allow you to send your letter to Santiago. However, if you run into any difficulties, please let us know!

I already have a username & password. That's what I am saying, here's not in my account. I should be able to view both sponsored children in my account. Please look into this. Thank you

Hi Laurie, 

Thank you for explaining that you also sponsor another kiddo. I see that they were actually on two different accounts. I placed a request to combine these accounts for you. They should be combined in the next 24 hours or so. :)

Thank you, Shannon. I should have been more clear earlier. sorry about that. Since I sponsored them at the same time I assumed he was just missing. I hadn't noticed that I a different sponsor number for each of them, that should have clued me in :) Thanks again for your help.

Hi Laurie! I'm so sorry for the delay in getting your two accounts merged together. According to our records, the request submitted two weeks ago is still in progress. Our team in charge of merging those accounts must just be backed up, and again, I'm so sorry for this! Our team is aware of it, though, and is still working on it.

Hi Lynn, I am very sorry, but I am not showing Jean Carlos sponsored on any of your accounts. Did you sponsor him at an event or was it online? We would be happy to do more research into what happened.

Lynn, thank you for providing us with that information! It looks like your sponsorship of Jean Carlos is still in process (He's still technically showing as "on hold" Rather than sponsored). The donation that was processed was likely just the pre-authorization charge, which shouldn't actually go through, and please let us know if you don't see Jean Carlos on your account in the next two weeks!

Hello, I just got a new child and I dont know what happened to my other sponsored child. We just recieved a letter in the mail saying thank you for sponsoring this new child. I did not cancel my other sponsored child and I only had the one. Our info is 02477740 Thomas and Joany Mitchell

It's not even bringing her up at all and no reason as to why we dont have her. Thank you.

Ah, yes! Of course! That would make sense. I could only find one account associated with the email address you provided here, though. Do you have your two sponsor numbers handy, so we can merge your two accounts?

I guess my child moved away and they don't have compassion international there. I'm super sad about this but will continue to pray for her and her family!

According to our records, Palipouguini (BF023300178) is being sponsored by an account under your name; however, Kelly (BO045600052) is being sponsored by an account under the name "Sofia Ilyenko". Are you and Sofia family? If so, how are you related? Would you like me to combine your two accounts under one name, like "Larisa and Sofia Ilyenko", or would you like both sponsorships to be under your name only?
