Sponsored child missing from account.

I have sponsored Santiago Bazan Padilla #BO081800353 but do not see him in my account #08961272. Please correct this so that I can send the intro letter to him. Thank you.

Hi Laurie! I'm sorry Santiago is not showing up on your account! It looks like you just need to create your username and password so that you can login to send letters and view your sponsorship. Here is the information on how to create your web account: 

1.    Go to https://www.compassion.com/account/login.htm
2.    On the right hand side of the page, click on "Create Account"
3.    Enter the requested information, including your sponsor number 
 
Once you have successfully created a web account, you will be taken to your account summary page. 

This should allow you to send your letter to Santiago. However, if you run into any difficulties, please let us know!

I already have a username & password. That's what I am saying, here's not in my account. I should be able to view both sponsored children in my account. Please look into this. Thank you

Hi Laurie, 

Thank you for explaining that you also sponsor another kiddo. I see that they were actually on two different accounts. I placed a request to combine these accounts for you. They should be combined in the next 24 hours or so. :)

Thank you, Shannon. I should have been more clear earlier. sorry about that. Since I sponsored them at the same time I assumed he was just missing. I hadn't noticed that I a different sponsor number for each of them, that should have clued me in :) Thanks again for your help.

Child missing from my account as well. We have two listed, just missing our ES002900033. Account name is probably under my husbands name, Matthew Burrell #08600117

Hi Lynn, I am very sorry, but I am not showing Jean Carlos sponsored on any of your accounts. Did you sponsor him at an event or was it online? We would be happy to do more research into what happened.

It was through the compassion experience that we hosted through our church- Liberty Baptist in SC. I can forward an email confirmation of payment if need be.

Lynn, thank you for providing us with that information! It looks like your sponsorship of Jean Carlos is still in process (He's still technically showing as "on hold" Rather than sponsored). The donation that was processed was likely just the pre-authorization charge, which shouldn't actually go through, and please let us know if you don't see Jean Carlos on your account in the next two weeks!
