Sponsorship Account issue

I recently added 10 children to my sponsorship list. When I sign in my account I can not see the names of the children or make monthly contribution for them. I called Compassion International 5 times plus a long waiting time and they said it shows a pending status on their end and it should be fixed on my side.. It's been over a month that I m having this issue and it can only be fixed by Compassion International. However, I keep receiving requests to sponsor additional children!! How can I contact a senior supervisor or IT Department?? Please help.

Maya, I am working hard to correct this issue as soon as possible for you. I sincerely apologize for the delay. I can understand how frustrating this likely has been for you. We greatly appreciate your partnership and the impact you are making in many children's lives.
