Unfortunately I need to recancell my sponsorship, my financial status has not changed. I cancelled months ago and just realized I started to be billed again without being checked back with. I hoping to be refunded as I can’t afford to sponsor any longer.

Good morning Chis and Amy, 

I am so sorry for the confusion! I see that when we spoke with you back in June, we had offered to cover a few months of sponsorship in hopes that you would be able to continue sponsoring. When we did so, this covered your account through 11-15-17. This means that your account would begin pulling again on 11-16-17 as it did. I am so sorry if that was not made clear to you months ago when we offered this to you. I would be more than happy to refund this month of sponsorship for you. I have placed a request to have this refunded and you should see this credit your account in the next few days. In addition, I have removed Ashley from your account at this time. Please know that you are welcome to write Ashley a final letter. Please write “Final Letter” across the top of the correspondence, along with your child's name and child's number, (PE018000916). Please send your letter to Compassion's address below:
