I need to cancel my sponsorship. Thank you, but I will forgo the 3 month or lower cost offers. My sponsorship number is Sponsor Number: 01374228.

Alexa, I am so sorry to hear that you are faced withsuch a difficult decision. :( As you requested, I have made your child available for another sponsor. Please let us know if there was any way that we could have served you better during your time as a sponsor.

I need my account canceled as well. The child I originally sponsored withdrew from the program and I told customer service I did not want to assigned another child and still randomly have and was charged. I would like my account fully cancelled and my payment info removed so this doesn’t happen again.

Taj, I am very sorry for the frustration and miscommunication. It looks like when you called, the representative was under the impression that you were interested in continuing and would let us know if you changed your mind. Again, I am very sorry as it sounds like we misunderstood your intentions. As you requested, I have made this new child available for another sponsor and removed your payment.

Again not interested and find it absurd that I would be assigned to another child and changed without permission on my end. Please make sure my account is fully closed! Thank you for your time.

I want my account canceled. The child I originally sponsored withdrew from the program and I was automatically assigned another child without my permission. I would like my sponsorship cancelled and my payment info removed.

Hi Tracy, 
I am so sorry for the confusion! I see that when Alexandra finished her time with Compassion, we did send you a notice via the mail letting you know that for your convenience that if you would like to continue on to sponsor another child, that you did not need to do anything. Rather, if you did not want to continue, you would just need to contact us to let us know that you would prefer to select your own child, or that you would not be sponsoring another kiddo. It seems you may have missed that communication, and for that I am so sorry! 
Please know that I have removed this new child, Iqbar from your account today. Again, I do apologize for the confusion. Please know that we have taken care of canceling your account in its entirety.

I did return the notice indicating that I did not want to continue with another child at this time. I was also saddened that I was unable to say goodbye to Alexandra or vice versa. She had become a part of my heart and prayers. Thank you for your time and response.
