Hello, the money for the sponsorship just came out of my account, it’s fine but I can’t sponsor him from here on out, thanks again and I’m sorry.

Hello Molly, I apologize for the misunderstanding, we are not able to stop a new sponsorship from being processed. The forms that are filled out at the events are mailed back to the Global Ministry Center here in Colorado. When they are received, they are processed electronically. Since we have so many events happening at the same time all over the country, we aren't able to filter through them to take one out. This is why your credit card was still charged. I show the sponsorship was just set up yesterday, so Kiuna (Peter) will not be notified. I have cancelled the sponsorship of Kiuna for you, so will no longer be charged. If you would like me to, I can request a refund for the $38 for you. If you would ever like to partner with Compassion and sponsor a child in the future, we would be blessed to partner with you again.

Molly, I have submitted a request to refund the $38 back to the credit card on file. It may take 7-10 days for you to see this refund on your card.
