Due to a series of unfortunate events, wthe debit card that I had connected to my account until October had to be cancelled and I am currently being snail mailed another one from the US to France. In the meantime, will my sponsorship payments for this month still make it to Compassion or do I need to have the new card set up? I’m quite worried about this, as I want to be sure my sponsorship payments make it through, and I will definitely connect the new card as soon as it arrives to my home in France before switching over to the French office in October.

Hi Kristin! I'm so sorry to hear that you've been facing some card issues. I understand how inconvenient it can be to replace a card and update everyone with the new information. Regrettably, the sponsorship for your kiddos did not successfully process, so we are still needing September's sponsorship. You are welcome to add your new card information either by calling us or by going online into your My Account and updating it in the "Payment Options" area. If you'd like to call us, we are available Monday - Friday, 7:00 am to 5:30 pm, MST. If it would be easier for you, you can always give for September and October in October, and your children will still receive everything they need. That is rather unfortunate since I would rather not double up on payments if I don’t have to, but since I don’t have my card yet (when snail mail decides to get it to Europe I’ll get it) and was hoping that it was my account that was directly linked instead of just the card. Oh well, I’ll do what I have to do! As soon as it gets here I’ll link it and see what happens. Also, is there anyway to get the payments to withdraw on the same day because the way I have it set up is ridiculous.

Kristin, I do understand that inconvenience, and I'm sorry! If you don't receive your card in the month of September, we can cover your donations for the month of September if you don't want to pay for both months in October. Let us know come October if that's something you need to take us up on! You can certainly get all of your monthly donations to withdraw on the same day. What day (beginning in October) would you like them all to pull on?

Hi ladies, I hate to have to say this, but could I take compassion up on the covering September offer? I just got my card on Monday. Also, can i have my sponsorship for this month pull on the 26th? Thanks!

Hi Kristin! That's no problem; we can certainly take care of covering September's donations for you. I see that we successfully received Masamee's donation on the 5th of September, but I have waived that month's donation for your other four children, so everything is taken care of for that month. We would be happy to get your automatic withdrawals set back up this month on the 26th; however, I don't see that a new card has been added to your account. Would you kindly give us a call or add your new card information online? Once that's been done, let us know, and we can set your automatic withdrawals set back up for you!
