Children not showing up on accounts and changes needing to be made

My mom took the plunge and sponsored twins!! The plan is for me to manage them as far as correspondence and whatnot goes, but when I tried to make her an account I kept getting redirected back to my account or getting a message that the sponsor number already exists. It seems my sponsoritis had infiltrated the Compassion system too thoroughly ;) Anyhow, I sponsored the girls on my account for now, but could someone help make an account for her and transfer them? Alternatively, I set them up to be paid automatically on her debit card each month. Would it work for them to stay on my account and just be paid in her name? And, last question- May I please get the electronic copies of Yuliany and Yiliany?

Hi Lindsay! What would probably be best would be to move them to your mom's account (she already has one) for financial purposes and then to leave the twins on your account for correspondence purposes. I don't see Yuliany and Yiliany on either your account or your mother's account. Maybe the sponsorship is still coming through from the online system. Please confirm their child numbers and I would be happy to send their photos your way. Also, am I assuming correctly that they are the twins that you want transferred to your mother's account?

Yep! Those would be the 2 :) I called earlier and the guy helped with getting my moms account sorted out, but the twins on her account aren't loaded up yet, either (at least last time I checked). Unfortunately I don't know the child numbers of either of the Dominican girls who are being processed to my account currently, but the 2 we got that are headed to my moms account are EI7370139 and 0140. I'll need them transferred to my account for correspondence as well whenever they're set up. When I get the numbers for the DR girls, I'll follow up.

If possible, may I please get the photos of the East Indian girls sent? They can go either to my email or hers. I think both end up in my inbox anyway. Thanks!

I hate to be a pain, but I just want to make sure nothing went awry with mine and my mothers sponsorships. We sponsored the girls on Sunday, which I know would cause a delay since business wasn't open, but it's now Wednesday and neither her nor my girls are on our accounts. I just wanted to make sure everything is still on the right path. Thanks!
