I notice many people posting about status updates regarding letters sent and en route. Where may I be able to find this information? I sent a letter via the Compassion website, however I do not see anything regarding the status. Should this be working or can someone point me in the right direction? Aloha, Jeanie

In your account, if you click on "write my child", it will take you to the letter writing screen. On that, your child is listed and there is a bar above the child's name that shows you the status of your letters. If things are in transit (your letters or your child's) it is yellow. If you click that bar, it will show what letters are coming or going. Once you have a letter that is ready and that you haven't received, the bar is green. I hope that helps!

Hi Jeanie! Wako gave you the right information on where to find the status bars, but your letter to Jairo isn't showing a status bar because it has already been processed and is on its way to be delivered to him already :)! For future reference, the status bars may not always show you the correct step where your letter is at. We are now manually translating letters, which is causing those status bars to show you an incorrect status at times. Know that all your letters to Jairo are going to be processed and will even be available for you to see on your account once they are processed fully! Thank you so much for investing in his life and for writing him a letter already!
