Still can't get a person on the phone to figure out account

I just figured out that the number provided in my letter was incorrect by reading an answer given to another person who posted a blog question. The number on my letter was 800-366-7676...the correct number is 800-336-7676. Only problem is now, is that I can't seem to get ahold of a PERSON. This is so frustrating.

This is exactly what is happening to me! I couldn't even find a working email on their site. I tried responding to the the account that emails me consistently but I'm not sure if that's an email that I can respond to. I'm trying to update my account information and can't log into my account on the website. I'm so frustrated because it's charging me a late fee but I can't do anything to fix it!

Bonnie and Jaymee, I am very sorry that you were unable to reach us and for the frustration this has cause. I know phone trees can be very annoying.
