Stopping Automatic Payment Plan

I need to stop my automatic payment plan on both my sponsors. It used to be just one and when I contacted you guys before I was told it was stopped... now both of my sponsorships are on the automatic payment plan. I really cannot afford to have it be automatic as when I get paid gets changed week to week. I need them both off the automatic payment plan or I will have to stop my sponsorships which I really don't want to do. I was told this was taken care of the last time I contacted you guys because it made my account overdraft... this is very frustrating that I have to address this issue a second time....... My sponsor number is 02040838

I am so sorry to see that this was not taken care of when we spoke with you prior to this. I have removed both of your kiddos from the automatic system so that you can now donate as you please. Thank you so much for your patience and understanding! :)

OKay thank you. I was just wondering, according to my account it is saying that both my sponsorships are still active on the automatic payment plan and I just want to make sure they are not because according to my account my next one is on the 22nd and I currently don't have money in my account for it to be taken automatically out.

Hi Becca! I'm so sorry that your account was still showing your children set up on automatic donations. Please rest assured that I have confirmed that you are no longer on automatic payments. Hello. I am having the same issue. When I sponsored another child it put me on automatic payments. I had no idea it was on automatic until today. Would you be able to remove it from automatic? BO043900527 Thank you.

I am also having the same issue.  I want to continue my sponsorship, but will not be able to if it stays on an automatic payment plan.  My sponsor number is 01994072.

Hello Alyssa! I have stopped your monthly contributions at this time! Your child is still on your account and everything, just the contributions will not come out automatically at this time. Let us know if you have any further questions and we will be happy to assist you! :)
