Our church sponsored a child. Can our Sunday school kids write to the child? If yes, what would be the instructions for doing that. I looked on the website and couldn't find anything.

Good afternoon Rhonda,

Thank you so much for asking about writing your sweet child. Your Sunday school kiddos are more than welcome to write! All the same guidelines will apply.
-Letters should be no larger than 8.5” x 11" and cannot exceed six sheets of paper (front and back).

-Items in excess of six sheets, will be donated to a children's charity in Colorado Springs. Items that cannot be donated will be discarded.

-If you would like to send an additional gift we encourage you to consider giving a gift to your child or their family monetarily, as the only items you are able to send along with your letter are stickers, paper bookmarks and musical and pop-up cards. Please keep in mind that sending an item of this type does count toward your total pages. You must also always send a letter along with these items; they will not be sent on their own if no letter is attached.

I hope this is helpful! Please let us know if you have any other questions!
