Technical Problem w/ Letter

The translation part of my 9/19/17 letter from Ana Luiza BR058000098 is printed on top of the hand written part of the letter and is difficult to read.

Chantel, I am very sorry it was printed that way. It looks like the original file is fine, but regrettably we printed the translation on top of it. I just requested for it to be re-printed and sent to you in the mail. Does it appear this way online for you as well?

Yes, it is the same online. I haven't received a printed copy yet so I'm glad this got corrected early. Thank you Susan and Compassion team!

Actually, Chantel, are you able to email me (socialmedia@compassion.com) a screenshot of the way the letter is looking for you online so I can show our technical team? I am working to make sure this is fixed for you.
