Thank you so much for creating the app! I am now able to send my child a letter every two days rather then twice a year or sadly when I remembered (so awful, but I'm human!) I love knowing what he weather is like and getting the blog is so inspiring!
Thanks for going above and beyond for us sponsors to stay connected it means a lot!
Also, thank you for EVERYTHING you guys do!

Sarah, unlike Tanya, I can't even use the app. I use the same login and password as I use on my computer, and it will not take it. I contacted your IT peeps, and was told, "make sure you have the newest version of your android OS and the latest version of the app." I would hope when I download the app, that it is the latest version. My phone is brand new, so I don't think I have an old OS. That is all the "help" I was given.

Hi Garry! I am so sorry that you haven't been able to use our app yet, but we will do everything we can to help get you in there! Even if your phone is brand new, an updated version of your software or the app could have been released right before or after you purchased the phone. Not all carriers will update your phone to the newest OS when you purchase the phone, so it is always good to double check. Try that anyway and let me know if it for sure is running the most recent versions of your OS and the app. If it still won't let you log in, please let me know and we can investigate your problem further.
