I have set up my compassion international account and everything online. Now what I would like to do, is be able to access all my stuff in the app. However, every time I go to sign in on the app it won't allow me saying my information is incorrect, when I can go online and sign in and have no problem. Can you please help me fix this?

Good morning Jessica,
I am so sorry for the inconvenience. We are currently having an issue with our App where it is unable to read any special characters, such as #,$,%, etc. Oddly, the Compassion website is not showing any issues, only the Compassion App. We are working hard to resolve this issue, but we would recommend that you reset your password to include only letters and numbers until this is resolved so that you are able to log into the App. Thank you so much for bringing this to our attention and for being so patient as we get this resolved!
