Hi Rodney! I am so sorry about the trouble you are having with the Compassion app. In situations like this, we suggest making sure your phone has been updated. After this, please try deleting the app and then downloading it again. This usually clears the issues our sponsors experience. If you are still having some issues, please also trying clearing your cache. I hope this works for you! :)
