Hi. I received my 1st email thanking me for becoming a sponsor. The child I am sponsoring is different from the child listed on my account. Thank you.

Hi Ashley! I am so sorry for the confusion with receiving a child different than the one you originally picked. Regrettably, Angel had already received a sponsor when we tried to process your sponsorship. Because of this, we weren't able to give him to you as a sponsored child. When this happens, we find a child with similar characteristics to place on your account because most sponsors do still want to sponsor a child. We placed Juailin from the Dominican Republic on your account since Angel wasn't available any longer. Please do let me know if you wish to not sponsor Juailin and sponsor a different child instead. We can make a change if necessary! I am so sorry that Angel wasn't available!
