The first letter i recieved was from another child, not mine.

Hi Lacey! I am so sorry that you received a letter that was not from your child! I see that you recently started sponsoring Nathaly in Ecuador. Welcome to the Compassion family! :) We certainly try our best to avoid these mistakes and want to make sure you receive the letters from your child. Please send us the incorrect child letter and we will be sure to get it to the correct sponsor. I will contact our field office once we receive this letter and request a new letter from Nathaly. You are welcome to mail the letter back in the prepaid return stationary you received along with the letter and attach a note stating it was from the wrong child. You may also send us a copy of the letter to our email address at or fax a copy to 719-487-6246.
