Transfer of funds from India sponsorship

On March 15, I requested a transfer of ten months' worth of sponsorship from my India child to my Rwanda child. I was told this would take 4-6 weeks. It has now been 12 weeks and it doesn't look like the transfer has gone through yet. I understand things have been taking longer than usual to process, but three months is substantially longer than the original timeframe I was given. I don't wish to continue paying on my sponsorship until some of these longstanding issues are cleared up (problems processing payments, no letters for the past 7-8 months, etc.). Please stop my automatic payment. Thanks!

Sharon, I sincerely apologize for the incredible delay on this money transfer request. I do see it still in process. I am escalating this request and asking our processing department to get it done as soon as possible. I will update you just as soon as it is done.

I am still waiting for my unused India funds to be transferred to the families of my current sponsor children as well.

Hi Erin! I am happy to check on that for you :). Sadly, I was not able to locate your account using your email address, and there are many accounts with your name. Will you please provide your sponsor number or one of your children's numbers?  Thank you!

Erin, we are still working on getting this transfer of funds processed for you. I sincerely apologize for the months of delay on this request of yours. We will process it as quickly as we are able to in the amounts of $76 for both your Bolivia and El Salvador families.

How would I find out if my held funds from India were transferred to my new sponsored children in El Salvador and Brazil? My account history is showing that my funds were allotted to India until April. My sponsor number is 02494583. Thank you.

Hi Natalie! I apologize for the confusion. I regrettably do not have record that you had asked us to move the funds from your Indian child to your other children so this has not been done on your account. Basically, if we hadn't  heard back we were going to put those funds into our critical needs fund. Would you like me to put in a request for to transfer funds to your other children now?

I would like an update, please, on my unused India funds. March 11, I asked for a transfer to Jhan PE 2051196. Jhan was to receive a large family gift and the rest was to support Jhan. I am 02235542

Hi Kris! Thank you for getting back with us regarding the remaining $950 India funds :). I have sent a request to our processing team to have the remaining funds transferred as a $475 family gift given to Supakorn and $475 family gift given to Jonathan. Thank you for your patience!

Hi Natalie! I have created a request to have your India funds moved from your two India kiddos to your two new children that you selected. I was able to request a full 11 months of funds, which comes to a total of $418 per child. Thank you for your patience as we get these requests processed.
