Hello, I received a letter from my sponsored child and the letter didn't feel right. The text didn't seem appropriate from my sponsored child, so I began taking the original letter and trying to translate it myself. I haven't been able to complete the whole thing, but I did not receive the accurate translation from this letter. This is not the first time I've suspected this has happened, but this was the first time I validated it. Please send me the accurate translation of my latest letter from my Sponsored child Edison.

Jenn, I am deeply sorry to hear that the translation for Edison's letter is not accurate :(. I looked up his letter from April 17th, and I agree that this translation is not correct. This may have happened on accident if a translator was taking care of more than one letter at a time. It's possible that they mistakenly wrote the incorrect translation on Edison's letter :(. Thank you so much for bringing this to our attention, so we may have the opportunity to help you and have this fixed! I have sent an inquiry to our field office in Ecuador, and our field staff will have his letter re-translated correctly for you. Please know that this may take 6-8 week to receive a response, and we will be in contact with you as soon as we hear back from them. I'm so sorry for this mistake as I understand how precious your sweet boy's letters must be. Thank you so much for investing in your sweet boy's life through your loving letters and support!
