So I have read about the translating process, that they try to translate everything everything that is sent. But, is there a limit to how much they will translate per "package"?

I bought Jesus Calling for my girls and Jesus Calling Devotionals, I want to send them a month of devotionals at a time, is that ok? Then the opposite 2 weeks send them a chunk of the Jesus Calling Bible Storybook. Is that too much? Will it actually get translated? Or does it need to be in very small sections, and how often can I send the sections of the books?

I want to make sure that they are getting the Word of God, and if they arent believers, that God will guide them into His loving arms. My daughter greatly enjoys these (and I enjoy the adult versions), and so I just want to share what has impacted us spiritually.

Thank you so much! Sorry for YET ANOTHER question!

Hi Audrey! What a wonderful idea! Jesus Calling is such a powerful devotional! Your girls will be so blessed with this! Our translators translate whatever you send. It is a good idea to send sections, as you are planning to do, to avoid overwhelming the translators. I'm sure the translators will enjoy their own little quiet time as they are translating too. :)

Lol I was thinking about that, I get to pass on the Word to more than just my girls. But, that makes me feel good that I can send this stuff to them.

Am I allowed to send gifts to my correspondence kids?

Thank you so much for your reply, ok... Time to get out my exacto knife and start cutting up books ;-)

Audrey, you are welcome to send financial gifts to your correspondent children. Regrettably, because correspondent children are setup to receive letters only, you will not be able to do this online. You can always call 800-336-7676 or email ciinfo@compassion.com and we would be happy to take care of the gift for you.

Wonderful thank you! Can I also send them books, paper, etc like I do my financially sponsored kids? I am assuming I can.
