Hi. Just wondering how long it takes a letter to finish translation. Our boys are looking forward to Moses receiving his letter and pictures. We submitted them on 8/4 and it says in translation and does not seem to be changing. Any advice is greatly appreciated. We are new to Compassion and so excited to build a life long friendship with a family across the world. Thanks!

Good Morning, Mercedes! I'm thrilled to hear how excited you are to get to know Moses' family and share the love of Christ to them through your letters. We are currently transitioning over to our new letter system, and there have been a lot of bugs and bumps in the system along the way so far. As we make this transition, letters are continuing to take the historical two to three months to be translated and delivered to the children and to sponsors. The good news is that I also saw a letter from Moses that is currently in the system being processed! You may both end up receiving your letters at the same time :)!
