Hi we have the compassion app and we are sponsoring two children. However only one child is showing up on our app account. Would anyone know how to add our second child?

Hello Lauren! I am so sorry for the confusion! I see that you have several different accounts because the first names on the sponsorship cards were different when we received them at our office. I believe you are able to see Paola on the account under Lillian, while Ryan's child, Chet, is not showing up. Is this correct? This is because they are on two different accounts. We can do a few things here to help you with this. If you prefer to have both sponsored children under one account, I would encourage you to have the accounts merged together with Ryan and Lillian's names on the same account together. You are also welcome to create an account for Ryan using his sponsor number if you prefer to keep the accounts separate. You will just need to log into two different accounts then. Please let me know what you would rather do and I will take care of it for you!

Thanks you for your quick reply. Yes we would love for them to both be under the same name so we can just log on and see updates for both children at the same time. How do we go about merging the two accounts?

Hi Lauren! Thanks for clarifying for us. :) I have updated everything on our end - the name on the account you have on your app is now "Lillian and Ryan" and has both children listed. I would encourage you to log out of the app, log back in, and you should be able to see both children now!
