Trying to correct the name on my account without success. My employers name shows up as my proper name on my account for reasons unknown. This is not a group account so I don't really know how this would have happened but over the past couple of years I have tried several times to have it corrected without success. Most recently I was again assured that it was fixed but it's not and I'm frustrated. It's very confusing for a small child with a language barrier and it's a problem with taxes as well. I'm thinking my next option is to simply cancel the account and perhaps start again. One last attempt - can you help please?

Hi Doug! I'm so sorry that this has become a frustration for you as we definitely want your account to look and read as you want it to and don't intend to make this difficult for you. I actually see that we were able to get you taken care of and your child is under your name and not your company's. In our system, we had to create an entirely new account rather than just changing the name to yours. We transferred your sponsorship over to an account under your name, officially on March 28th. I'm wondering if whoever you spoke with, just didn't give your new sponsor number to you and thought maybe you already had it. I apologize if this is the case as we definitely should have ensured you had all the information you needed in order to see your child under your new account. I'm emailing you information on how to create a new online account and give your new sponsor number to you. Please let me know if you don't receive this email and thank you for your grace and patience with us as we corrected this for you.

Thank you very much for your assistance. Unfortunately there was a bit of difficulty with accents during my call so if I was given the new account number I didn't comprehend it. It looks like it's all good now. Thanks again.
