Turn off Automatic Payment

Hi all,

I had asked to have my automatic payment turned off a month or so ago, but I think it is still active for one or two of my kids as my American Express was just charged $38 on August 25th. Can one of you please go through and make sure that ALL of my kids are no longer on the automatic giving? I really do not want anything automatically charged.

Emily, I sincerely apologize that this charge came through automatically after you asked to have them turned off.
