Unauthorized child on my account

I did not authorize sponsorship of another child. I need this to be removed from my profile so that another family can sponsor him. I don't know how it happened. Please remove the second child from my account and do not send further information or add more children to my account. I am frustrated and am thinking of stopping payment on my current sponsorship. I will be happy to help children in need through other channels.

I am sorry you are frustrated and that another child has been added without your authorization how many children did you sponsor

Hi Kari! I am so sorry for the confusion. I see that when your child, Krishna finished her time with Compassion, we had sent this new child to you for consideration. I am so sorry if you did not receive our notification explaining that for your convenience, if you would like to accept the new child, you did not need to do anything, otherwise just to let us know and we would remove this child from hold on your account. Again, I am so sorry that you did not see this notification. I have removed the child from your account, as of today. Please know that your support is very appreciated and we are thankful that you will be continuing with your support of Byiringiro! I have also changed your preferences on your account to ensure this does not happen again.
