I had a child sponsorship in India that was cancelled due to the legal issues there. I removed my payment information because I did not want anyone to have the info since I was not going to sponsor another child due to my own person financial issues. I received an email saying that my sponsorship was pass due but I did not sponsor another child. I look now and I owe $200 for a sponsorship I did not authorize. I did not know that Conpassion International would automatically select a new child for me. Last letter I read about the India, was that I was going to receive a letter regarding my last few months of donations and how I wanted to proceed with that. I never got that letter but I received emails saying I was passed due. I need to have this cancelled. I had no idea that charges were still adding up. I did not authorize this!! Thank you for your time.

Good morning Savannah,

I am so sorry for the confusion! We did send out communication that we would be placing a new child on your account after five weeks, if we did not hear back from our India supporters. I do apologize if you did not receive that communication! I will be happy to remove this child from your account right away. Can you please provide me with your sponsor number so that I may locate your account? I am unable to find it using your email. Thank you so much!
