Undeliverable Email Address

Back when the big change happened in April of last year I stopped receiving emails from Compassion, with the exception of emails that said thanks for writing your sponsored child. 
When the new website went live this month I started seeing this notice pop up on my account screen. I tried changing my email address to several different ones, but it always says I have an undeliverable email address. Any ideas on how to fix this?

KristenH, I just removed the undeliverable note on your account and noticed that the email on your account today is different than it was the last time we sent you an email earlier last week. Sadly, there's not much we can do about it if it keeps getting rejected because it's an issue with your email servers rejecting what we are sending to you :(. Maybe there's a way to get it looked into with the company you use for email. Keep an eye on it too and let me know if you do receive an email from us now that the undeliverable note has been removed.

Sarah, thanks! I've used different email servers because I thought that may be the problem. Unfortunately it hasn't helped. I will contact both Gmail and Cox Communications and see if there is something on there end causing this issue.

I just wanted to let you know that I received an email from Compassion a few days ago! It was a "new letter from your sponsored child" email! First one I've received since the new changes last April. So hopefully this means that emails will be getting to me again :) Thanks again for your help! I appreciate it!

I received my 2016 giving statement via regular mail.  Cover letter indicated that an attempt was made to send via email,t it was returned.  My email address is correct as listed in my account information.

Hi Patricia! I am so sorry for the confusion with your email address! I actually don't see that we have an undeliverable email address for you in the system. Either the issue was fixed, or you were sent the incorrect cover letter.

I have had the same issue with Yahoo. They say it is a security certificate issue or something with Compassion. I switched to gmail and received some things but just switched so I am still waiting to see.

Thank you John W for the post.  I just now switched to using my gmail account for Compassion.  I'm very anxious to see if I begin getting messages.
